Delivery： Crating matieral was subpar, very thin, and not able to properly contain the weight of the devices which crashed through the floor of the crate, which caused it to lean into the opposite side and cause minor damage. Quality： The welds are barely adequate.  Of the three mandoors for the still and mash tun, only one has the appropriate hinge.  The others are terrible and will not hold up for much use due to the poor engineering, lack of proper materials, and weight of the doors. Design： They promised piping would be labeled, which it wasn't.  While we discussed multiple options for heating, we settled on steam, and nearly bought a steam boiler from them but we didn't.  However, the devices all came plumbed for hot water.  This too was a major expense to rework. Also, the mash tun had ONE drain, and it was four inches above the bottom of the tank.  We spent thousands to have this fixed. Service： Responses from MFG are glaringly hands off.  DO NOT BUY FROM!
